TYLER DUSTON

Research • Design • Strategy

A dedicated, creative researcher, designer, and thinker, with experience in every phase of product development. I have conducted blue-sky ethnographic interviews, developed concepts, built prototypes, run technical and user testing, and developed production designs.

In my research roles, I have run studies from start to finish, including writing test plans, managing participant recruiting, creating interview guides, conducting one-on-one or group interviews, in-lab or in-home, and generating reports. I have worked on a range of physical and digital products, including software applications, websites, interactive media, and both professional and consumer medical devices.

I work well on a team or individually. Co-workers have complimented my hard work, creativity, knowledge, and coaching.
